What is Employee/Security
Employee/Security allows you to establish the employees who can access AIMsi and define the menu selections and various functions that each employee can access. Employee access can be defined individually or by creating groups and assigning individuals to those groups. In the event that an employee belongs to a group be needs alternate access to a secured item within that group, the group access can be overridden with a permission exception for that employee.
Employee/Groups
Employee/Groups is used to create and modify permission groups. These groups allow access to features and functions in AIMsi to the employees who are part of that group. Employee/Groups is also used to set up all employees who will use AIMsi with passwords and permission group membership.
Employee Details
Employee Details is the area in AIMsi where you add demographic information about your employees and where you can require employees to clock in and out of the AIMsi software. Before entering demographic information, you must first set up your new employees in Employee/Groups.
